We assist partners in submitting the necessary documentation to local authorities ensuring planning applications meet legal obligations. All Health & Safety regulations are addressed.

We perform site clearance, levelling and line marking to establish the site. Then we install cash, card & contactless Flowbird or Metric terminals for ticket purchase. Signage and branded tariff boards are erected to our partners’ specifications. In most cases, Complete Parking Services will cover the set-up costs.

We ensure customer payment systems are simple and effective. We use RingGo and Tap2Park mobile services and employ QR codes to maximise the efficiency of the contactless system. For a bespoke payment service we can issue tablet technology to facilitate free parking for motorists visiting your hotel, restaurant or cinema, for example, while other motorists pay for their stay according to your tariff. ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology ensures the driver’s payment fully covers their dwell time. We install cash systems alongside mobile terminals, too.

We provide detailed analysis of local car parks and make recommendations to maximise revenue. It is part of our remit to ensure your car park is competitively tariffed.

We complete secure and safe cash collection from sites. Full audit trails are available allowing complete transparency for monies taken. Unlike other companies, at Complete Parking Services we give all the revenue to our partners and then invoice them for our services. Banking services are provided.

We offer a customer service line to all our partners. A maintenance line will ensure all onsite issues are raised and resolved with minimal disruption. We visit sites according to a strict schedule; we service machines regularly and ensure a tidy and safe environment is maintained. If extra security is required, we will install CCTV monitoring systems to keep your car park secure.
